The Dark Crow Copyright
Wow, it has been a while. My apologies. I've been preoccupied by many life changes recently...and I'm a terrible blogger. But I wanted to update that novella I've been teasing about for the past year: The Dark Crow has finally been approved by the Copyright office. I sent that request in back towards the end of July and now the copyright is on its way. I guess I only get it by mail even though I hoped for a digital copy since it is going to be an eBook. Ah well, I can scan it, at least. I have not tackled any more writing projects since then. I have felt burnt out just thinking about writing which saddens me and makes me wonder if it truly is a passion I wish to pursue. On the one hand, I have been thinking more and more about trying interactive fiction. Essentially, it would be writing a novel and designing a video game, which is something I had longed to do. Game design has been a dream, but I haven't had the patience to sit and learn coding and design graphics and animation. Luckily, I might not have to with interactive fiction. I could potentially design it to be more game-like than multiple choice for character paths. I'll actually need to sit down and learn a program I found that appears very intuitive. Until then, I should have the Dark Crow uploaded to the Amazon Kindle shop some time this year. Hopefully, in the next few months. Well, that's all for now. Thank you all who still check out this blog, despite my lack of consistent posts. I'll try to pick it up a little.
