Well, it certainly has been a while once again. A lot has changed since I last posted on this blog. Mostly, I wanted to share my twitter page in which I am still trying to advertise my kindle novella:
https://twitter.com/mlloydstories
But enough of that. Lately, I have been out of the creative field due to so many new obligations and fatigue. However, I still have plans to engage in interactive fiction and maybe a short story for a magazine. I hope you are all well and have a Happy Thanksgiving when that comes.

Zazzle

Hey, I guys, I just wanted to share this about Zazzle, especially since, I don't quite know how to add it to my over blog layout. Basically, I just wanted to help promote Zazzle's site. It's place you can go to order coffee mugs, shirts, etc. with your designs which you can upload. You can even open up a little store and sell some of your designs. I have my own at the link below:

Most of you have probably already seen some of the stuff I have posted in the past. I might share those posts once more.
The Dark Crow Expands
Hello, y'all, I just wanted to take the opportunity to let you know that you can check out the Dark Crow through the lending library on Amazon Kindle for a limited time. It looks like the service will be up in September, unless I renew it. So, if it catches your eye, you can check it out through the library. Eventually, I may take advantage of createspace on Amazon and publish a physical copy. And just for good measure, below is the teaser once more.

An update in addition to my shameless promoting
Well, I have decided what kind of writing projects I will tackle next. I have decided to work on two at the same time. The first is another novel to go up on Amazon Kindle. In fact, it's an epic horror trilogy in the vein of Lord of the Rings, but darker and scarier. It might take a while as I would like to write down the whole story first before I release the first volume. The second project I want to try is still an interactive novel that is just as much a video game as it is a novel. My current plan for that is to write a fantasy story that features problem solving with alternate methods and solutions along with multiple endings for your character's overall story. It is pretty ambitious, especially since I have not started on these projects yet, but they'll happen. In the meantime, my first published novel is up on Amazon Kindle for download, if you are interested. Thanks again.

The Dark Crow
One of Farmington City's greatest super heroes has been shot and killed in the line of duty. The city mourned its fallen hero, until he came back from the dead. Or is it an imposter? Either way, the city is in an uproar as this new version of a familiar hero will contend with burglars, villains, police, politicians and even another super hero. Is this new Dark Crow the hero he's supposed to be or did he become a villain?

Stardew Valley
Now my brother is playing that, I guess.
He does have a second part up for his Hyper Light Drifter play through as well:
And no, I will not just post my brother's videos on this blog. Eventually, I'll have posts on my own, but I want to support him as well. The next time I do post something of my own will be when the novella is up on Kindle. When will that be, you ask? Soon, I reply.

P.S. Again, sorry it has been a while. I finally received my copyright and now I just need to finish up my cover and I can upload my novella on Kindle. Thanks.

The Dark Crow Copyright
Wow, it has been a while. My apologies. I've been preoccupied by many life changes recently...and I'm a terrible blogger. But I wanted to update that novella I've been teasing about for the past year: The Dark Crow has finally been approved by the Copyright office. I sent that request in back towards the end of July and now the copyright is on its way. I guess I only get it by mail even though I hoped for a digital copy since it is going to be an eBook. Ah well, I can scan it, at least. I have not tackled any more writing projects since then. I have felt burnt out just thinking about writing which saddens me and makes me wonder if it truly is a passion I wish to pursue. On the one hand, I have been thinking more and more about trying interactive fiction. Essentially, it would be writing a novel and designing a video game, which is something I had longed to do. Game design has been a dream, but I haven't had the patience to sit and learn coding and design graphics and animation. Luckily, I might not have to with interactive fiction. I could potentially design it to be more game-like than multiple choice for character paths. I'll actually need to sit down and learn a program I found that appears very intuitive. Until then, I should have the Dark Crow uploaded to the Amazon Kindle shop some time this year. Hopefully, in the next few months. Well, that's all for now. Thank you all who still check out this blog, despite my lack of consistent posts. I'll try to pick it up a little.
